At SunglassesAnytime.com we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, return the unused item(s) with etc, in its original condition within 20 days of reciept for a refund, shipping not included. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and a thorough inspection. Used items will not be accepted and will be returned with an explanation for their return.
NO EXCHANGES
Due to the changing nature of our inventory, SunglassesAnytime.com can not accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item (unused) to us at the address provided for store credit and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from receipt of your return to process your refund. You will be notified by e-mail when item has been received. When returning items As with any valuable item, SunglassesAnytime.com recommends you track your returns so that you may confirm we have received your package. The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, you may consider insuring your return. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend you use a carrier such as FedEx or UPS that provides tracking information. All returns sent to us must include a note with your name, order #, reason for return, email or telephone number, and a note asking for a Credit for SGSunglasses.

RETURNING A GIFT
If you are returning a gift, we can either refund the credit card that the purchaser used or we can issue you a SunglassesAnytime.com gift certificate for the amount of the purchase. Gift certificates are valid for one year from time of issue. Simply specify how you want to handle your gift return on your invoice and we will take care of the rest.
